Miraclean® offers immersible ultrasonic
transducers in both standard and custom sizes for retrofit into existing
process tanks. These may be used as replacements for existing
ultrasonics or as additions to enhance cleaning or rinsing
performance.
The transducers are matched with dedicated
solid state generators available in a variety of frequencies from 25 and
40 kHz to 68 kHz and up, as well as multi-frequency generators.
Transducer housings are 316 stainless steel
and installation options include bulkhead, bottom or rack mount, and
weld-in diaphragms.
